Microwave
From Frozen: Microwave Oven 1200 Watts
1. Remove sleeve and place package in microwave. Self-venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. Heat to internal temperature of 165º F.
3. Let sit momentarily, then carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners.
Use caution when opening: Package will produce HOT steam after heating.
From Thawed: (Preferred Method)
1. Remove sleeve and place package in microwave. Self-venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Heat to internal temperature of 165º F.
3. Let sit momentarily, then carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners.
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Remove food from package and place food into oven safe container. Do not place package in oven.
3. Cook 12 to 14 minutes, to internal temperature of 165º F.
