1.Remove label and place package into microwave. Self venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film.
2. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, microwave times vary. Heat to internal temperature of 165º F. Instructions based on a 1200 watt microwave.
3. Let sit momentarily, then carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners.

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

3. Cook 12 to 14 minutes, to internal temperature of 165º F.
