Microwave Microwave 1200 Watts (Preferred Method)
1. Remove label and place package in microwave. Self-venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
3. Carefully peel film back halfway, stir food, then re-cover.
4. Microwave on high for an additional 1 minute. Heat to internal temperature of 165º F.
5. Let sit momentarily, then carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners. Stir before eating.
USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING. Package will produce HOT steam after heating.
Conventional Oven Conventional Oven or Stove Top
1. Remove food from package and place food into oven safe or stove top cookware. Do not place package in oven or on stove top.
2. Cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165º F.
If cooking after freezing, first thaw completely in the refrigerator, then follow cooking directions as stated.
